Since 2008 we have been constructing private villas, traditional stone houses and small hotel units through our partner construction company. You will have access to the reports with updated pictures and videos during the period of construction by a separate web site. Our standard delivery time for a private villa is approximately 12 months from the day the Building Permit is granted by the relevant authorities.

Whilst rented, your properties are cleaned weekly, and a laundry service is provided. In addition, the property is checked after every rental. By renting out your property you will be able to cover your communal maintenance expenses and be able to earn a return on your investment, depending on occupancy rates. To accept your property for rentals, it needs have the Greek EOT license, be nicely furnished and meet the minimum inventory standards of our rental properties. This includes TV, air-conditioning units, complete set of furniture, dish washer, fittings and electrical appliances. Our range of rental properties extends from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom villas.
